In this talk I present the results of my bachelor thesis. First the TOV-Lambda equation is derived, which describes the structure of compact stars in the framework of general relativity in a universe with non-vanishing cosmological constant. For white dwarfs this equation is solved numerically by employing a polytropic EoS. For neutron stars a EoS is employed, which is derived from relativistic mean-field theory with density-depending coupling constants. The resulting relations between pressure, mass and radius are presented and compared to the known results from the ordinary TOV equation.
