I will present the results of my bachelor thesis project and introduce a method, that allows to create images of an accretion flow at arbitrary positions. This method provides a visual description of the GR effects happening close to the horizons of black holes and uses reverse raytracing and a “pinhole camera” approach based on the model of Bohn et. al (2015). By now, this tool has been implemented into a raytracing code for Kerr black holes with a geometrically thin, but optically thick disk.
