Typos are of course very annoying and embarrassing, yet somewhat inevitable on a book of this size. Despite our best efforts, we have found a few so far and collected them in this pdf.
Essentially all of them have been fixed in the paperback version published in August 2018. However, the file is continuously updated, so make sure to check it periodically.
